Free · 25-minute build session

Skip the AI theory. Build one useful thing and ship it.

Tell me who you're building for. In 25 minutes, you leave with a real site, a sharper idea, and code that is yours.

Build for someone you know

Someone you've actually met. Not a persona you invented.

Pick a place you can reach

Close enough that coffee or a DM tomorrow is realistic.

Use their words

Time, money, health, or relationships — how they'd say it.

Who built it

I ran this on myself first. In Dallas. Trying to ship something real.

I'm Jai. Last year I took a trip to Dallas to see how deeply I could ship something. I was trying to build my own version of Opus Clip meets DaVinci Resolve — video AI that actually cuts for you.

I hit the same wall everyone hits. I kept circling the idea instead of building it. The thing you're avoiding is the actual work.

This forces you to stop avoiding it. Answer who you're building for. Name one real pain. The system generates the project. That's it.

How it works

Three questions. A live preview. A site you own.

No theory up front. The preview fills in as you answer. Hit generate when it feels real.

  • Name the customer. Someone you've actually met, not a persona you invented.
  • Name the place. A city, neighborhood, or community close enough to reach.
  • Name the problem. In their words — time, money, health, or relationships.

What you leave with

A live site and the source. Yours to keep.

  • A starter site shaped for your market — directory, blog, or wiki.
  • Source code you download in one zip.
  • A member area with the course and walkthroughs as they drop.

The three steps

01 Answer who it's for

One real person you've met. The system gets stricter if it's your first build.

02 Answer where, and what hurts

A market you can reach. A problem in their words — time, money, health, or relationships.

03 Download your site

Directory, blog, or wiki — shaped for your market. Source code in one zip.

Why stay close to home? Proximity is what makes the language, the trust, and the first ten customers possible. If you can't picture regular contact with this market, pick a closer one.
